Jindal SAW to raise Rs 84 cr |

Steel pipe maker Jindal SAW today said it would raise Rs.84.10 crore through issue of warrants to Cyprus-based Anbeeco Investments, a promoter group firm. The company has received approval from its members for issuing 27.30 lakh warrants to Anbeeco Investments at a price of Rs.308.08 a piece, Jindal SAW said in a filing to the BSE.
