Admitting a petition of Man
Industries, the Delhi HC has issued notice to GAIL India seeking its
reply on inviting fresh bids of the Dahej- Vijaipur pipeline (DVPL)
project, for which the Mumbai-based pipe manufacturer was the lowest
bidder.
