Jindal SAW approves issuance of 2,730,000 warants The board of Jindal SAW has approved the issuance/allotment of 2,730,000 warants with each warrant convertible into one equity share of Rs. 10 each at a price not less than Rs. 308.08 to Anbeeco Investments, a company belonging to the promoter group.
